• Martin T. Griffith, President of BankOnBuffalo since its inception in 2016, has been promoted to Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Community Banking at CNB Bank. He will continue to reside in Buffalo as he assumes new responsibilities for developing and managing expansion strategies and initiatives at the CNB corporate level.
• Michael Noah, senior vice president of commercial banking, has been promoted to president of BankOnBuffalo. Mike joined BankOnBuffalo in 2017 as a senior corporate banking relationship manager with over 20 years of banking experience in commercial and small business lending positions.

Among his functions will be the optimization of the organizational structure, the recruitment, deployment and retention of talent and management succession. The position will further focus on revenue generation, supplier relationships and new product development.
