Raiffeisen Digital Bank deploys Mambu for new mobile lending app

Raiffeisen Digital Bank, a brand of Raiffeisen Centrobank AG, has announced the launch of its new mobile personal loan application on Mambu.

The flexibility of Mambu’s SaaS cloud banking platform enables Raiffeisen Digital Bank to innovate quickly and develop personalized, frictionless digital financial offerings.

Under the Raiffeisen Digital Bank brand, Raiffeisen Centrobank AG (RCB) offers its customers fully digital loans quickly and easily. By adopting the best cloud technologies, RCB has designed a digital-only offering that allows customers to save time and securely borrow with no hidden costs.

Consumers can create a new account in minutes and apply for a loan entirely online, in a paperless process and without a branch visit. They can request up to 100,000 PLN (22,000 EUR) with a repayment period of up to 60 months, in a single native mobile app. The new app offers a basic set of tools for personal loan and, thanks to the flexibility and breadth of Mambu’s ecosystem, will be enriched in a continuous improvement approach.

With Mambu’s low-code platform, RCB was able to develop a highly automated transparent architecture. This enables shorter development cycles, accelerated innovation and rapid time to market.

Mambu’s implementation and advisory teams worked closely with RCB in a remote implementation due to Covid-19. Close collaboration, SaaS technology and cloud implementation accelerated the project schedule and the digital banking application was launched in six months, meeting the increased demand for digital loans.
